Orbital treats each returned product with as much importance as if it was were a new. Adhering to our client’s returns and refund policies, we will ensure all quality assurance checks are made and the products are returned to the shelf for resale where applicable. 

All returned items are received into our Rushden complex and are handled promptly. This includes:      

  • Updating the customer record to include advice of the return being received with either a refund or a replacement product triggered
  • Quality control check to see if the returned or exchanged product is genuine and  is suitable to be returned to stock or put aside for refurbishment / destruction / re-use as ‘seconds’
  • Customer helpline and e-mail address
  • Responsible disposal of unusable stock 

Our quality management system is ISO 9001 accredited, this covers all key processes from goods-in to the communication of transport regulations to relevant employees and incorporating specific client requirements where appropriate.
